1. Working principle

The equipment drives the whole machine forward through the autonomous walking chassis, and the front cutting header synchronously completes straw harvesting or picking. The straw enters the crushing and kneading unit through the conveying channel, and the crushed straw is evenly sent to the compression bin by the screw conveyor. The hydraulic system applies high pressure to compact the straw into shape, and after forming, it automatically completes mesh/rope bundling. Finally, the straw bales are automatically dropped to the ground through the bale ejection device. The whole process is automated and continuous, without manual intervention in intermediate links.

2. Operation process

Startup debugging → Adjusting operation parameters → Autonomous movement of the machine body → Harvesting/picking up straw → Crushing and kneading → Conveying and feeding → High pressure compression → Automatic bundling → Finished bale ejection → Continuous operation/shutdown inspection. The whole process is efficient and coherent, and multiple acres of work can be completed per hour, greatly saving manpower and time costs.。
