Working Principle and Operation Process

1. Working principle

Connect the equipment to the tractor through a three-point suspension. After starting the tractor, power is provided to the silage machine through the power output shaft. The tractor traction equipment moves forward, and the front cutting header synchronously completes green fodder cutting and picking up. After being organized by the crop divider, it is evenly fed into the chopping chamber by the sealed conveyor chain. The high-speed knife roller chops it to the set length, while the grain crushing device completes corn grain crushing. The processed silage is accurately thrown into the trailer through the high-position throwing cylinder. The whole process relies on tractor traction, realizing the integrated operation of "cutting-picking up-chopping-crushing-throwing", without manual intervention in intermediate links.

2. Operation process

Equipment and tractor connection debugging → Setting parameters (cutting header height, chopping length, throwing direction) → Tractor traction forward → Cutting header cutting and picking up green fodder → Conveying and feeding → Chopping and crushing → High-position throwing → Finished product entering vehicle → Continuous operation/transfer. The whole process is efficient and coherent.
