1. Working principle

The equipment drives the whole machine forward through the autonomous walking chassis, and the front cutting header synchronously completes straw harvesting or picking. The hydraulic system applies high pressure to compact the straw into shape, reaching the set weight and compactness. Finally, the formed dense grass blocks are smoothly and continuously automated through the automatic block mechanism, without manual intervention in intermediate links.
